    In an effort to recognize and reward the partnerships that have allowed our organization to thrive and grow, we created our Purple Producer Rewards Program.

    50% of Difference Card new business comes from Broker of Record takeovers.

    The Difference Card is a unique solution that not every broker has access to.

    Over the past few years, The Difference Card has helped producers transfer over $351 MILLION of new premium to their book to business.

     

     

    Rules of Engagement for 2023

     

    Exclusivity is given to the first broker to meet the below requirements:

    • Submit a request for proposal with your Difference Card consultant.
    • The RFP must include data specific to your client.
    • Minimum of accurate enrollment data, rate and plan designs required.
    • The Difference Card Consultant must participate in the meeting with the client.

    Exclusivity will last until the client’s next renewal date.

    Producer Partner Criteria

    • Must have a signed Broker Compensation Agreement and W9 on file with The Difference Card
    • Must have a signed Broker Business Associate Agreement on file
    • Must invite The Difference Card Consultant to the meeting with your client

    Producer Partner Levels

     

    Broker Partner

    Broker Partner level is for those partners that maintain 10 active clients with The Difference Card or have at least 1,000 MERP lives sold with The Difference Card by December 31, 2022 to qualify for Broker Partner level in 2023.

    In addition, Broker Partners must sell 5 new accounts or 500 new lives with The Difference Card in 2023 to maintain this status.

    Purple Producer level is for those partners that maintain 20 active clients with The Difference Card or have at least 2,000 MERP lives sold with The Difference Card by December 31, 2022 to qualify for Purple Producer level in 2023.

    In addition, Purple Producers must sell 8 new accounts or 800 new lives with The Difference Card in 2023 to maintain this status.

    Elite Producer level is for those partners that maintain 80 active clients with The Difference Card or have at least 10,000 MERP lives sold with The Difference Card by December 31, 2022 to qualify for Elite Producer level in 2023.

    In addition, Elite Producers must sell 18 new accounts or 1,800 new lives with The Difference Card in 2023 to maintain this status.
