    Rules of Engagement for 2024

    Exclusivity is given to the first broker to meet the below requirements:

    • Submit a request for proposal with your Difference Card consultant.
    • The RFP must include data specific to your client.
    • Minimum of accurate enrollment data, rate and plan designs required.
    • The Difference Card Consultant must participate in the meeting with the client.

    Exclusivity will last until the client’s next renewal date.

    Producer Partner Criteria

    • Must have a signed Broker Compensation Agreement and W9 on file with The Difference Card
    • Must have a signed Broker Business Associate Agreement on file
    • Must invite The Difference Card Consultant to the meeting with your client

    Producer Partner Levels

    Elite Producer level is for those partners that maintain 100 active clients with The Difference Card or have at least 12,000 MERP lives sold with The Difference Card by December 31, 2024 to qualify for Elite Producer level in 2024.

    In addition, Elite Producers must sell 20 new accounts or 2,000 new lives with The Difference Card in 2024 to maintain this status.

    Purple Producer level is for those partners that maintain 25 active clients with The Difference Card or have at least 2,500 MERP lives sold with The Difference Card by December 31, 2024 to qualify for Purple Producer level in 2024.

    In addition, Purple Producers must sell 10 new accounts or 1,000 new lives with The Difference Card in 2024 to maintain this status.

    In addition, Broker Partners must sell 5 new accounts or 500 new lives with The Difference Card in 2024 to maintain this status.
