2001: Two employees worked at what was then called Employee Benefit Solutions.

2026: The Difference Card team grew quickly and has over 100 employees who work remotely across the country.

2001: The Difference Card only served members in the New York Market.

2026: Today, we have members in every state in the U.S.

2001: On average, our Claims Team processed around one-hundred claims a month, all done manually.

2026: Currently, our Claims Team processes over a million claims a month, using automation tools to get members their money within two business days.

2001: The first year in business, The Difference Card administered benefits to five groups.

2026: Today, The Difference Card serves over 2,000 employer groups with 310,000 members.

2001: When we began administering The Difference Card, we did not have a network of broker partnerships.

2026: We have partnerships with over 150 brokerage agencies and recognize three Elite Purple Producer Agencies and seven Purple Producer Agencies.

2001: The Difference Card only offered a select few products.

2026: Today, The Difference Card offers 12 products.
