April 3 COVID-19 Update: A message from our CEO

Hello team-

My thoughts and prayers continue to be with you all during these uncertain times. I know the daily news reports weigh heavy on each of us, but I continue to look for the helpers as Mr. Rogers so famously suggested.

In regards to The Difference Card, I am happy to report that we are still operating at normal levels and the business is healthy. We are monitoring and responding to the needs our clients in real time during this crisis to make sure they have what they need to weather this storm.

I know many of you are anxious about job security as we are seeing the new unemployment numbers being reported. The Difference Card enters this time in a very strong place, thanks to the many contributions of our associates. Our products are best-in-class and our existing and new clients will need us more than ever. Our success is linked directly to you. Continue to work hard, deliver for our clients, and we will continue to be successful.  

We will continue to work from home until April 30th in order to follow the federal directive to shelter at home until then.

We are confident that we are going to get through this and soon we will be back to doing what we do best.
