Spotlight of the Month on Difference Card Broker Partner, Nicole De Partee

August 31, 2022

Congratulations to Nicole De Partee, of HUB International, for being recognized as our Broker Partner of the Month for August 2022!

Nicole De Partee is an Account Executive at HUB International in the California market. Nicole partnered with The Difference Card renewal team made up of Jourdan Englert, Michelle Ronan and Veronica Jentsch to help an employer group with over 500 employees reduce their healthcare costs by -14% annually.

The MERP strategy that Nicole put together for this account resulted in over $500,000 of savings for this construction company. This group was able to maintain their same insurance carrier and provider network arrangement, while getting the renewal increase to a level within their budget. In addition to the savings, the Difference Card strategy helped this organization to improve their benefits program by lowering doctor’s office and urgent care copays for their employees. This company has recently renewed their coverage and are going on their third year with The Difference Card strategy in place.

The Difference Card has helped HUB to solve renewal challenges for our clients by bringing a creative strategy to employers that lowers their health insurance renewal while still delivering great benefits to the staff at their organization!
