April 24 COVID-19 Update: A message from our CEO
Hope you are doing well.
We continue to strategically monitor the impacts of COVID-19 to our business. Call and claims volumes are down; industry experts are forecasting these volumes will return to normal in mid-June.
We are happy to report that client retention for May is higher than forecasted. We continue to monitor enrollment counts daily and they are remaining strong, with minimal decrease to our membership.
If there can be a silver lining to this situation, it’s thats we are learning more efficient ways to do business and streamline processes. Many of these new efficiences will be kept in place going forward.
Finally, a big thank you to our Customer Care Team! We value your ability to bring kindness and compassion to every interaction you have with our members.
Thank you to everyone in the entire team for continuing to work hard for our clients and members during this difficult time.
