May 15 COVID-19 Update: A message from our CEO
Hi everyone!
I trust you have had a great week and that you are staying safe and healthy! Trust me, I know it is challenging working from home day in and day out. I lose track of days and spend more time on Zoom meetings and webinars than ever! I don’t know about you but I look forward to seeing your smiling faces and getting back to some semblance of normal.
I am grateful that our business continues to do well during these unusual times. Our retention continues to hover around 96% which is fantastic.
We are using this time to streamline our operations. Our ability to work remotely has been smooth in large part due to making improvements in our technology and updating our infrastructure. This will allow our internal operations to be more efficient and our client data much more secure as we continue to grow. Our business model is evolving and will be much better after we emerge from this.
I had a professor in college tell me “you have to change to stay the same.” Meaning, if you don’t change due to circumstances, you will NOT stay the same but regress. So, my new saying is that “you need to change to stay relevant and succeed.” We are doing that as a team.
We have not had to furlough any employees during this period and unlike many employers, our superior customer service coupled with saving employers and employees money is allowing us to prevail. Thank you for all you do for our customers! It is making a difference (pun intended) and should allow us to thrive once we get past all that is happening.
Until we are able to re-open our offices and see each other again, I want to reiterate that your hard work is paying off and you are appreciated!
This too shall pass!
Gregg Lehman, CEO
