Heather brings more than 14 years of strategic Human Resources leadership experience to The Difference Card. With a proven track record of building high-performing, values-driven organizations, Heather will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee experience, performance management, leadership development, and culture initiatives.
Her immediate focus will be supporting the company’s expanding workforce while ensuring employees remain connected to The Difference Card’s mission and values as the organization grows.
