Hello Team,

Hope this message finds you safe and well this Friday.

First and foremost, I want to extend my thoughts to all of our team members that have family or friends on the front lines of this battle. I am so grateful for the work of our first responders, healthcare workers, sanitization teams, and all those who are bravely doing work that puts others before themselves.

Secondly, I want to thank our team members for adjusting so quickly to this new normal. We know it’s been an adjustment, but we are very proud that our company is made up of people that adapt without complaint to keep things running smoothly for our members.

As of today, Friday, March 27th, I am happy to report that operations are running as expected. Our teams are in good health and everyone continues to work productively from home. Our business is operating within the expected parameters and we have no cause for concern.

We will continue to work from home to follow the health and safety guidelines provided by the CDC. Our priority is and always will be the health and safety of our employees.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will communicate regularly with you as we navigate this new normal.
