May 22 COVID-19 Update: A message from our CEO
Hello team-
I hope you’ve had a productive and healthy week. I am happy to report that the business remains strong and retention continues to remain at an all time high.
Many of you are wondering when our offices will re-open. We are monitoring developments in various states and will follow local guidance for re-opening. That said, you have proved that you are able to perform and deliver for our clients while working remotely. Ultimately, our priority is the health and safety of our employees. With those considerations in mind, we can confirm we will not be requiring teams to return to our offices until at least September 1, 2020.
For some employees this will be welcomed news, for others disappointing. If it becomes safe to reopen offices before September 1, those of you eager to get back into the office will be able to do so on a case-by-case basis. As always, your health and safety remain our number one priority.
With the news that we have at least three more months of remote work ahead, we would like to do another check-in. Please take some time to complete the survey sent out by the management team so we can ensure you have everything you need to remain productive at home.
As a reminder, we will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observation of Memorial Day. I hope you all have a safe and happy holiday weekend.
Be well-
Gregg Lehman, CEO
